Problem
The parameter Max Motor Curr. (in WTM) / GCU (in RTC/WTC) is not equal
to 35 at the delivery while the service manual says it’s the factory setting
(default):

Reason
The value 35 (= 3.5 A of current load) is an overall average of all models, from
the smallest capacity (RTC90 / WTC90) to the biggest capacity (WTM300 with
900 mm dryer).
The parameter is set during the functional test in factory according to the
actual value of motor current load (that may change also for the same model).
Actions in
Field
The parameter Max Motor Curr. (in WTM) / GCU (in RTC/WTC) has to be
checked during the commissioning even because it has to be increased in
case of dishwashing driven handling systems.
The service manual contains the procedure to set correctly the parameter
Max. motor curr. / GCU:
1. Wait until the machine, complete with tables, is ready for a wash cycle.
2. Start a wash cycle and read the current absorbed by the gear motor (refer
to paragraph A1 “DISPLAY OF AUXILIARY VALUES”).
3. Add 2 to the read value (e.g. if “Motor current” = 34 ---> 34+2=36 dA).
4. Set the “Max. motor curr.” parameter with the value thus obtained.
