Problem
The machine stops too often.
Reason
All alarms stop functioning.
Action in
Factory
Since serial number 71900001 we have introduced new firmware release with
reviewed alarms to avoid that machines stop working for minor anomalies.
Just a warning message appears.
Here below the list of all alarm codes where warnings (the display shows the
code but the machine does not stop) are highlighted in green and alarms (the
machine stops working) are highlighted in red:

Action in
Field
Spare part codes don’t change and “new” boards are perfectly
interchangeable towards previous ones.
The new firmware release above (1.56 for WTM and 1.57 for RTC/WTC) can
be implemented only if you update all boards, i.e. both user interface and
MEC boards.
All boards in Pordenone and Herbon warehouse are being updated.
