Recommended Use
The Cot Cart allows the vertical storage of
Community Playthings cots in a space saving
and organized manner. It allows easy access of
individual cots at any time. Use with the casters
for a movable cot storage rack or, without cast-
ers, as a stationary rack.
WARNING
cChildren should not ride or play on the Cot Cart.
CAUTION
cThis cart is designed for the storage of Com-
munity Playthings cots only. Other cots may not
be compatible.
Assembly
Your Cot Cart comes in one carton with:
1. 4 casters in an enclosed carton.
2. This Product guide.
To add casters, tip Cot Cart on its side and insert the
stem of the casters all the way into the holes.
If your shipment is incomplete, please call Cus-
tomer Service.
Operation
The easiest way to load the cots is from left to right.
However, cots may be added or removed from the
cart in any order. Each groove in the base cor-
responds with a notch in the cross piece. The cot
should be fully on the base and in the groove on the
cross piece. Properly loaded cots should be straight
up and down.
Full size cots and mini cots can be loaded onto the
same cart. The full size cots should be loaded first
left to right, then the mini cots can be loaded in the
remaining spaces.
Maintenance
Periodically inspect cart for breakage.
Remove the product from use when any condition
develops that might make use unsafe.
Cleaning
Wipe the cart with a damp cloth and a mild deter-
gent. Do not use excessive water.
Construction
The Cot Cart is made from a durable powder coated
tube steel frame, a birch plywood base and molded
plastic parts.
