NOTE: For best audio quality, be sure to use the Microphone
Crown. is is the crown with the hole in the center.
BEFORE YOUR FIRST USE
Please charge fully before use. You may charge via your PC or the adapater that may have been
included with your device. Do not use other adapters, as they may damange your device.
1. Be sure that the status light is OFF.
2. Plug USB cable into device rst.
3. Plus other end of USB directly into your PC. Note: USB hubs may cause your device to not
work properly, so always use a direct USB port when charging or accessing your device.
NEEDED FILES
Please download the TIME.TXT le from our website. Go to your product page, then look at
TECH SUPPORT for the latest manual and les.
SETTING THE TIME AND DATE
1. e TIME.TXT le that you downloaded from our website needs to be edited to the current
date and time. Please follow the format carefully, including all punctuation as noted below.
2. OPEN the TIME.TXT le using a standard text editor, such as NOTEPAD in Windows, or
TEXTEDIT on Mac.
3. Please note the format of the date and time in this le. It is; the YEAR in 4 digits, PERIOD,
MONTH in 2 digits, PERIOD, DAY in 2 digits, SPACE, HOUR in 2 digits on a 24 hour
clock, PERIOD, MINUTES in 2 digits, PERIOD, SECONDS in 2 digits, SPACE, Y or N.
e Y or N is used to turn the time and date stamp for your photos and videos ON or OFF.
For example, on Janaury 15, 2013 at 5:30pm with time stamp On, the format would be:
2013.01.15 17.30.00 Y
4. Enter the proper time and date and desired setting for time stamp. SAVE this le.
5. You will now COPY this TIME.TXT le to your watch.
6. Your watch should appear as an external drive when plugged into your Mac or PC. COPY
the TIME.TXT le into the root folder of your watch. DO NOT copy this le into any
folders that may be shown, just the initial root folder.
7. EJECT the watch from your system as you would any standard external drive. is will allow
your watch to properly prepare to be disconnected.
8. Disconnect your watch from your PC.
9. Power on your watch by holding the A button. e status light will turn green while your
watch is booting up, then red when it is in video / stand by mode.
10. If your time stamp is not correct, please repeat the steps above.

POWER ON
1. Hold the A button until the Green status light appears. Wait for the status light to turn Red.
You are now in Stand By / Video Mode.
RECORD VIDEO
1. e Red status light is Video Mode.
2. Press A to start recording video. e status light will blink red a few times, then go dark. It is
still recording video.
3. To check the status of your watch, press the A button. It will blink Red a few times to show it
is still recording.
4. To stop recording, press A to show status, the blinking red lights. Press A again and
recording will stop.
AUDIO ONLY
1. From Stand By mode, press the B button to switch Modes.
2. Press the B button once and the status light will turn blue. is is Audio Mode.
3. Press A to start recording in Audio mode. e blue status light will blink a few times, then
go dark. It is still recording.
4. To check the status of your watch, press the A button. It will blink Blue a few times to show
it is still recording audio.
5. To stop recording, press the A button to show status. Press A again and your recording will
stop.
PHOTOS
1. From Stand By Mode, press the B button to switch Modes.
2. Press the B button until the status light is Green. is is photo mode.
3. Aim the camera, and press the A button to take a photo. e status light will blink. en
youre ready for your next photo.
POWER OFF
1. Hold the A button until the status light goes dark.
WINDOWS - RETRIEVE YOUR FILES
1. Device must be OFF before connecting to your PC.
2. Connect USB cable to watch rst.
3. Connect other end of USB cable to your PC using USB port directly on PC. Note: A USB
hub may cause your device to not work properly.
4. Please wait until Windows recognizes your device. is may take several seconds. Note: the
rst time you connect your device, Windows may install standard drivers. is is normal.
5. Access your device as you would any standard Flash Drive.
6. COPY your les from the device to a folder on your PC.
7. You may now highlight and DELETE the les from your device.
8. Be sure to properly EJECT your device from Windows before unplugging it.
MAC OS X - RETRIEVE YOUR FILES
1. Device must be OFF before connecting to your Mac.
2. Connect USB cable to watch rst.
3. Connect other end of USB cable to your Mac using USB port directly on Mac. Note: A USB
hub may cause your device to not work properly.
4. Please wait until Mac recognizes your device. is may take several seconds. It will mount as
a Device in your FINDER.
5. Access device as you would any standard FLASH DRIVE.
6. SPECIAL NOTES TO MAC USERS!
7. To properly save your les to your Mac, MOVE your les, rather than copy.
8. Create a folder on your Mac.
9. Highlight the les on the device.
10. CMD CLICK and drag the les to your folder. Let go and choose MOVE.
11. To properly empty your device on Mac, be sure to Empty your Trash Can before ejecting the
device.
12. Be sure to properly EJECT your device from Mac before unplugging it.

particular virus scanner. While most users report no issues using this soware, we can not be
