BEFORE YOUR FIRST USE
Please charge fully before use. You may charge via your PC or the adapater that may have been
included with your device. Do not use other adapters, as they may damange your device.
1. Be sure that the status light is OFF.
2. Plug USB cable into watch rst.
3. Plus other end of USB directly into your PC. Note: USB hubs may cause your device to not
work properly, so always use a direct USB port when charging or accessing your device.
NEEDED FILES
You should not require the drivers and other les that may have been included on a CD with
your product for normal usage of your device. Some les may be available on the product page
on our website. Always check our site for the latest available les and manual.
From our site, please download the following le: timecfg.txt
Keep that le handy for the next step.
SETTING THE TIME AND DATE
1. Open the TIMECFG.TXT le you downloaded from our website. is is found on the
product page for your watch, in the TECH SUPPORT section. Open this le using a
standard text editor, such as NOTEPAD in Windows.
2. e DATE and TIME is in the following format and must t this format exactly to work
properly:
TIME,2012/12/31/12:55:30:
NOTE: ere are NO SPACES. Include ALL punctuation, including ending semi-
colon. Include the word TIME. For example, 1:15pm on December 31, 2012 would be
TIME,2012/12/31/13:15:00;
3. SAVE this le.
4. Plug the USB cable into your watch rst.
5. Plug the other end of the USB cable directly into your PC.
6. Please allow a few moments for Windows to recognize your device. Windows may install
standard drivers for your device to work properly the rst time you connect. is is normal.
7. In MY COMPUTER, your watch now appears as an external drive, such as E: or F. Open
that drive. Inside you may already see a folder named DCIM. is is normal.
8. COPY your le TIMECFG.TXT from your PC, and PASTE it into your watch drive. Do not
paste it into the DCIM folder.
9. e next time you use your watch, it will start using the time you have set in the TIMECFG.
TXT le.
10. Please always EJECT your watch properly from Windows before disconnecting from
your PC. Right-click on the Drive Letter (E or F, etc) and choose EJECT. Please wait until
Windows noties you that it is safe to remove the device before unplugging it.

POWER ON / VIDEO MODE
1. Your watch immediately enters Video Mode when powered on and beging recording.
2. Hold the A button. e status light will be Blue as your watch starts up.
3. e status light will quickly start Blinking Green as it records video.
STAND BY MODE
1. To stop recording video and enter Stand By Mode, quickly press the A button.
2. e status light will be Steady Blue. It is now in Stand By Mode.
VIDEO MODE
1. In Stand By Mode (Blue status light), quickly press the A button.
2. e status light will Blink Green while recording.
3. To STOP recording, press the A button again.
PHOTO MODE
1. In Stand By Mode (Blue status light), quickly press the A button 3 times. e status light will
blink Blue and Green. It is now in Photo Mode.
2. To take a photo, press the A button quickly. e status light will Blink Blue quickly while
your photo is being saved.
AUDIO ONLY
1. In Stand By Mode (Blue status light), quickly press the A button 2 times.
2. e watch will Blink Blue. It is now recording Audio Only.
3. To STOP recording, press the A button. e status light will turn blue. You watch is now
back in Stand By Mode.
POWER OFF
1. To turn o your watch, HOLD the A button. e status light will blink Green quickly, the go
dark. Your watch is now OFF.
AUTO POWER OFF
1. If power is low, the status light will blink blue for about 8 seconds, save your current le and
shut down. Please recharge fully before next use.
2. If your watch memory is full, the blue and green lights will blink for about 8 seconds and the
watch will shut o. Copy your les to your PC to make room for your next recording.
3. Your watch will shut o if le in Stand By Mode for 3 minutes.
RESET
1. Should your watch not respond properly, you can reset it by holding the A and B buttons
until the status light goes dark. en Power On normally.
WINDOWS - RETRIEVE YOUR FILES
1. Device must be OFF before connecting to your PC.
2. Connect USB cable to watch rst.
3. Connect other end of USB cable to your PC using USB port directly on PC. Note: A USB
hub may cause your device to not work properly.
4. Please wait until Windows recognizes your device. is may take several seconds. Note: the
rst time you connect your device, Windows may install standard drivers. is is normal.
5. Access your device as you would any standard Flash Drive.
6. COPY your les from the device to a folder on your PC.
7. You may now highlight and DELETE the les from your device.
8. Be sure to properly EJECT your device from Windows before unplugging it.
MAC OS X - RETRIEVE YOUR FILES
1. Device must be OFF before connecting to your Mac.
2. Connect USB cable to watch rst.
3. Connect other end of USB cable to your Mac using USB port directly on Mac. Note: A USB
hub may cause your device to not work properly.
4. Please wait until Mac recognizes your device. is may take several seconds. It will mount as
a Device in your FINDER.
5. Access device as you would any standard FLASH DRIVE.
6. SPECIAL NOTES TO MAC USERS!
7. To properly save your les to your Mac, MOVE your les, rather than copy.
8. Create a folder on your Mac.
9. Highlight the les on the device.
10. CMD CLICK and drag the les to your folder. Let go and choose MOVE.
11. To properly empty your device on Mac, be sure to Empty your Trash Can before ejecting the
device.
12. Be sure to properly EJECT your device from Mac before unplugging it.
