The Aleratec 350128 is a high-speed HDD Copy Cruiser that allows you to duplicate up to 24 hard disk drives simultaneously at speeds of up to 120 MB/s. It also supports sanitizing up to 25 hard disk drives simultaneously with Secure Erase or your choice of 3 Overwrite options. The Aleratec 350128 can operate as a stand-alone device and features lockable quick-load drive doors. It supports 3.5” SATA HDDs and Solid State Drives (SSDs) natively and can support 2.5” SATA HDDs and SSDs with an optional adapter.

Getting Started

Loading the Hard Drives

1. Openthedrivetraydoorsbyliftingthetabontheleftsideofeachdrivebayyouwishtouse.

2. TaketheHardDiscDrive(HDD)andalignthedrive’sSATAplugtothelowerrighthandsideofthedrivebay.

3. SlidetheHDDintothedrivebayuntilitstops.Thedrivewillstillbeabout1inchoutsideofthebay.Whenthedoorisclosedit

willpushandplugtheHDDintotheduplicator.

4. Swingthedrivebaydoorclosedandpresstheleftsideofthedooruntilthetablatches.Whenitlatches,aclickcanbefeltand

heard.

Note:Ifyouareduplicating,thesourceharddiskdrivegoesinthetopbay.

Copy HDD

The“Copy”functionperformsacopyfromasourceHDDtooneormoretargetHDDs.ThetargetHDDsmustbeatleastaslarge

asthesource.TheHDDCopyCruiserHigh-SpeedwillcopyeveryblockofcapacityonthesourceHDD.

1. LoadthesourceHDDandthetargetHDDsintotheHDDCopy

CruiserHigh-Speed.Thesystemwillauto-detectthehard

drives.Afterthedriveshavebeendetected,ascreensimilar

totheonetotherightwillbedisplayed.

Note:BeforecopyingbesurethatthecapacityofthetargetHDDisequaltoorlargerthanthesourceharddrive.

2. PressOKtostartcopying.Thesystemwillauto-detecttheharddrives.Thefollowinginformationwillbedisplayed.



3. DuringthecopyprocesstheHDDCopyCruiserHigh-Speed

willdisplayprogressinformation.



Note: Thecopyingspeed,capacityanddurationmayvary

fromoneharddrivetoanother.

4. Onceduplicationiscomplete,ajobstatusscreenwillbe

displayed.



3. Faitesglisserledisquedurdanslabaiejusqu’àlabutée.Ledisquedurressortiraalorsencoreunpeudelabaie.Lorsquevous

refermerezlatrappe,celle-cipousseraetenclencheraledisquedurdansleduplicateur.

4. Refermezlatrappedelabaiededisqueduretappuyezsurlecôtégauchedelatrappejusqu’àcequ’ellesoitparfaitement

verrouillée.Aumomentduverrouillage,undéclicseferaentendreetsentir.
