INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
FOR LC20, AS50-CC, AS50-TC (DUAL
COLUMN SWITCHING), DX-120,
DX-800
The SC-CSRS suppressor can be installed in the
above chromatography modules without
additional equipment. These modules have two
sets of pins on which the SC-CSRS can be
installed.
Figures 1-3 show typical installation of the SC-
CSRS in various chromatography modules.

FOR LC25
When installing the SC-CSRS in the
LC25, hang the Eluent Suppressor (ES)
on the hook provided. The Analyte
Converter (AC) can be held in place
using a strip of Velcro or equivalent
double sided tape. Place the Velcro on
the back of the AC and gently nudge it
into place next to the ES.
Figure 4 shows the SC-CSRS installed
in the LC25.
FOR LC30
Installation of the SC-CSRS in an LC30
requires a kit, which contains a second
bracket on which to mount the second
suppressor component. Order P/N 060044,
consisting of the metal bracket, two
spacers, and two screws.
The DS3 cell in the LC30 may need to be
reinstalled on the bottom of the panel to fit
the SC-CSRS above it. Remove the DS3
screws and reinstall them at a lower point.
Using the screws and spacers provided,
install the second metal bracket next to the
original one above the DS3 cell.
Figures 5 shows the installation of the SC-
CSRS in the LC30.
