The DA 100B/DA 150B Hot & Dry update kit is used when you want to update your existing DA 100B/DA
150B pad cooling system to a DA 100B/DA 150B Hot & Dry pad cooling system.
The update kit consists of following parts.

2.1 Check Valve
Mount the transition piece 2" for supply unit with
EPDM sealing on the supply unit.

DA 100B/150B HD Update Kit
Mount the nylon washer and the EPDM sealing.
Mount the 2” check valve brass on the transition
piece 2" for supply unit on the inside of the supply
unit tank.
Tighten the parts together.
Check that the float valve can is adjustable.
2.2 Water Distribution
1. Mount a 2” PVC adhesive union after the T-
fitting
2. Mount a throttle disc in the 2” PVC union. See
table below to choose the correct disc.
Connection of water should take place later so the system is not filled inadvertently.
