· Follow manufacturers’ instructions for hand and power tools. Always wear safety glasses. Failure to do so could result in

injury, product or property damage.

· Use caution when working at elevated heights and around window and door openings. Follow the manufacturers’

instructions for ladders and scaffolding. Failure to do so could result in injury or death.

· Windows and doors have small parts (e.g. hole plugs, operator spline caps, fasteners, etc.). Small parts if swallowed could

pose a choking hazard to young children. Dispose of unused, loose, or easily removed small parts. Failure to do so could

result in injury.

Panel bumper application is required for optimal unit operation. Failure to install could result in product or property damage.

Drill 9/32" diameter hole through head jamb

and into rough opening using hole in panel

bumper as a guide.

Place template against edge of panel and at

to the head jamb with hole pattern up. Tape

in place.

Board

Install hole cap in panel bumper. Repeat

steps to install additional panel bumpers.

Open panel(s) to desired location and temporarily secure using a board.

Drill 5/16" diameter hole, 1-1/2" deep, through

head jamb using hole in template as a guide.

Remove template and dispose of properly.

Press panel bumper into head jamb channel

until fully seated.

Location for panel bumpers.

Secure panel bumper using a #10 x 4” screw.

Tighten screw using a hand-held Phillips

screwdriver.
