How to Replace Back for Asari (Nuance) Chair
Step 2:
Detach the cover.
Step 1:
Remove T-25 Screw using a power driver.
Tools Required
J Bar Cover
13 mm Hex Bolt
Power Drive Torque Wrench T-25 Bit 13 mm Socket

Step 4:
Detach the back from the chair.
Step 3:
Remove the 13mm bolts from the Jbar using power drive.
Step 6:
Complete the installation by placing the J bar cover in place and securing
with T-25 Screw. Torque T-25 screw to 20 in-lbs.
Step 5:
Replace the new back to the chair and secure with the three hex bolts.Torque
to 355 in-lbs. Make sure the back is aligned equal distance with all the holes
in the chair before xing tight.
