This kit is intended for use with the Truckster XD and the

Spraytek XP.

1. Park the vehicle on a flat and level surface, disengage all

ives, engage the parking brake, turn the ignition switch

to the OFF position, and remove the key.

a. Wait for all movement to stop before making any

djustments or modifications.

b. Allow sufficient time for the vehicle to cool down.

c. Take this opportunity to thoroughly inspect the

uipment and perform other required maintenance.

WARNING

Before you attempt to clean, adjust, or repair any of

this equipment, disengage all drives, stop the engine,

and allow the unit to cool. Remove the key from the

ignition switch and disconnect the negative battery

cable to prevent accidental starting and potential

bodily injuries.

2. The four post ROPS accessory or factory option must be

insta

lled before the cab can be assembled to the vehicle.

3. The 4341480 Door Accessory is not included in the

431

6688 Cab and must be ordered separately.

4. Refer to the Truckster XD Part

s manual for your vehicle

to install this kit.

Door Frame Assembly _____________________________________________________________

1. Remove eighteen hole plugs (A) from the four post

ROPS. Loosen all ROPS mounting hardware (BX, BY

and BZ).

NOTE: Do

not tighten ROPS or Cab mounting hardware

until told to do so. Hardware must be tightened in the correct

order for proper fit of cab components.

2. Loosely assemble the right side door frame (B) to

the

ROPS using five 5/16-18 x 3/4” carriage bolts (E) hex

flange nuts (F) and two flat washers (G).

3. Loosely assemble the right door mount (B

) to the four

post ROPS using three 5/16-18 x 1” hex round screws

4. Repeat for the left side door frame. The door assemblies

will

be assembled later.

Before you install this kit, read the vehicle’s manual to

become familiar with the vehicle, the controls, and

proper use of the equipment.

Stay alert for potential hazards and follow all safety

precautions. Read all instructions completely and

make sure you understand them before proceeding

with the assembly.

Rear Window Assembly ____________________________________________________________

1. Loosely assemble rear window panel (H) to four post

ROPS using five 5/16-18 x 1” hex head screws (J) and

flat washers (K).

2. Loosely assemble left and right window closeouts (L

) to

window panel (H), left (P) and right (R) angle brackets

using four 5/16-18 x 3/4” carriage bolts (M) and hex

flange nuts (N).

3. Loosely assemble left and right window closeouts (L

) to

four post ROPS using four 5/16-18 x 3/4” carriage bolts

(M) and hex flange nuts (N).

4. Loosely assemble rear window assembly (S) to

four post

ROPS using four 5/16-18 x 1” flat head screws (T) and

hex flange nuts (N).

5. Loosely assemble rear adjust knobs (U) th

rough plastic

washer (V), window props, second plastic washer (S)

and into right rear angle bracket (R). Repeat for left side

angle bracket (P).

6. Tighten rear window hardware starting at the top of the

windo

w and work down.

Front Crossmember _______________________________________________________________

1. Remove hardware (W) and interior (X) from front cross

member (Y).

2. Loosely assemble front cross member (Y

) to four post

ROPS using two 5/16-18 x 1” hex head screws (Z) and

flat washers (AA).

3. Route the two spade terminals of harness (AB) into hole

(AC),

through inside of ROPS tube and out hole (AD).

4. Assemble dome light (AE) to

interior (X) using two

screws included with the light. Connect dome light wires

to harness (AB).

NOTE: Interior (X) will be assembled to front cross member

(Y) after cab hardware is tightened.

Front Window ____________________________________________________________________

1. Route spade terminal and ring terminal of one wiper

harness (AN) into hole (AC), through inside of ROPS

tube and out hole (AD). Repeat for second wiper

harness in left side ROPS tube.

2. Assemble front window assembly to front cross member

(Y) using f

our 5/16-18 x 1-3/4” screws (AP) and six

spacers (AR).

3. Remove nut (AS) fr

om wiper bottom bolt.

4. Connect spade terminal of wiper harness (A

N) to wiper

motor. Secure ring terminal of wiper harness to wiper

using nut (AS).

5. Assemble front adjust knobs (AT) th

rough plastic washer

(AU), window props, second plastic washer (AU) and into

right ROPS post (R). Repeat for left side.

NOTE: Front adjust knobs (AT) are shipped assembled in

position. Remove and discard nut before assembling.

Canopy__________________________________________________________________________

6. Apply black silicone sealant along seam between front

cross member (Y) and ROPS.

7. Assemble rear canopy bracket (A

F) to four post ROPS

using five 5/16-18 x 3/4” carriage bolts (AG) and hex

flange nuts (AH).

8. Assemble foam (BM

) around outside of canopy

mounting holes.

9. Loosely assemble canopy (AJ

) to four post ROPS, front

cross members (Y) and rear canopy bracket (AF) using

sixteen 5/16-18 x 1-1/2” hex head screws (AK), isolation

washers (AL) and neoprene washers (AM).

10.Assemble three pieces of foam to bottom of canopy in

locations

(BL).

Hardware Tightening ______________________________________________________________

1. Tighten 2 post ROPS to frame hardware (BX - Figure

1).

2. Starting at the bottom, tighten hardware (E

, F and G-

Figure 1) on both the left and right door frame.

3. Starting at the back and working forward, tighten canopy

rdware (AK, AL and AM - Figure 5).

4. Tighten front cross member hardware (Z

and AA -

Figure 3).

5. Tighten 4 post ROPS to 2 post ROPS hardware (BY -

Fig

ure 1).

6. Starting at the top and working down, tighten hardware

(C and D

- Figure 1) on both left and right door frames.

7. Tighten front 4 post ROPS tube hardware (

BZ - Figure

1).

8. Assemble interior (X)

to front cross member (Y) using

hardware (W). Harness should be in slot on right side of

interior. See Figure 3.

Electrical Connections_____________________________________________________________

1. Route the right wiper harness (AS), dome light harness

(AC) and left wiper harness (AV) to the fuse/relay panel.

2. Connect the ring terminal on red wire of left wiper

rness (AV) to the RAC2 stud (AX).

3. Connect the ring terminals on the red wires of right

wiper

harness (AS) and dome light harness (AC) to the

RAC3 stud (AW).

4. Connect the ground ring terminals of all three harnesses

o the ground point (AY).

5. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position and test

the

operation of the wipers and dome light. Turn the ignition

switch to the OFF position.

Door Assembly ___________________________________________________________________

1. Make certain brass washers are on hinge pins.

Assemble left door assembly (AZ) onto left door frame

hinge pins.

NOTE: Th

e door assemblies are heavy. Always use proper

lifting techniques.

2. Assemble ball stud (BA) and

hex flange nut (BB) to door

frame.

3. Connect gas spring (B

C) to ball stud (BA) and ball stud

on left door (AZ).

4. Assemble nylon strap (B

D) to left door (AZ) and door

frame using two 5/16-18 x 3” hex head screws (BE) and

hex flange nuts (BB).

5. Loosely assemble striker post (B

F), two washers (BG)

and nut (BH) to four post ROPS.

6. Adjust the striker post as required so door latches when

closed

and seal in evenly compressed all around the

door.

a. Remove latch cover (B

J).

b. Loosen all latch hardware (BK).

c. Close door carefully. Align the striker post (BF

) in the

center of the latch. Tighten the striker until snug.

d. Tighten all latch hardware (BK

e. Open and close the door and check seal

com

pression. Seal should be compressed approxi-

mately 1/4 in. (6 mm) all around the door.

f. If necessary, open the door and tap the striker post

F) inboard with a soft mallet or dead blow hammer.

Recheck door seal compression.

g. Fully tighten striker post (BF).

h. Assemble the latch cover (B

J).

7. Repeat for right side door.

8. Apply grease to grease fittings on top of hinge posts.
