1.Looselysecurethe2leftdoorhingestothedoor-pivotbracketontheROPSusing4ange-headbolts(M8

x20mm)and2nutplates(Figure5).

Alignthetopandbottomhingepinsandtightenthe4ange-headbolts(M8x20mm)toprevent

movement.

Note:Youwilltorquetheboltsduringstep8.

2.Installaspacerwasherontoeachleftdoorhinge(Figure6).

3.Installtheleftdoorontothehinges.

4.Loosenthe3doorhingehex-headbolts(Figure7).

Withthedoorclosed,alignthedoortothevehicleopeningandensurethatthereisauniformgaparound

theperimeterofthedoor.Afteryoureachtheproperplacement,tightenthe3hex-headbolts.

Note:Youwilltorquetheboltsduringstep8.

Then,torquethe3doorhingehex-headbolts(M8x25mm)showninFigure7to26N∙m(230in-lb).

10.Looselysecurealatchbrackettotheleftdoor-latchbracketusing1nutplate,2ange-headbolts(M8x20

mm),1Bellevillewasher,1atwasher,1strikerpin,and1hexnutasshowninFigure9.

EnsurethatyouorientthecurvedportionoftheBellevillewasherawayfromthelatchbracket.

11.Orientthestrikerpininthecenterofthedoorlatchandtorquethehexnutonthestrikerpinto51N∙m(38

ft-lb).

12.Openthewindowontheleftdoortogainaccesstothelatchbracketassembly.

13.Whilestandingoutsidethevehicle,gentlyclosethedoorandensurethatthestrikerpinengageswiththe

latchintheverticalposition.Adjustthelatchbracketupordownasneeded.

Afterthebracketisinthedesiredlocation,torquethe2ange-headbolts(M8x20mm)to26N∙m

(230in-lb).

14.Toensurethatthedoorisproperlypreloaded(onthestrikerpin),youmayneedtoadjustthestrikerpin.

Thedoorlatchshouldclicktwicewhenthedoorisshutandadjustedproperly.Movethestrikerpininward

oroutwarduntilyoureachthedesiredsealtightness,alongwiththedouble-clickofthedoorlatch.

Thecloseddoorshouldnotrattlewhenpullingonthedoorhandle.

Note:Someforceisrequiredwhenshuttingthedoorandhavingaproperseal.

15.Repeatthisprocedureontherightsideofthemachine.
