Beforeinstallinganoperatingsystem,downloadyourdesireddriverfromtheLenovoWebsite.Then,

copythedrivertoaUSBstoragedevice.

Iftheoperatingsystemisinstalledonastorageareanetwork(SAN),downloadthedriverforthehostbus

adapter(HBA)orconvergednetworkadapter(CNA)thatisconnectedtotheSAN.Then,copythedriverto

aUSBstoragedevice.

Notes:

•Y oucanloaddriverﬁlesusingaUSBstoragedeviceoradisc.Thestepsinthisdocumentarebasedon

thescenariothatyouuseaUSBstoragedevicetoloaddriverﬁles.IftheUSBstoragedevicefailstoload
