TROUBLESHOOTING
Note: The Linea Pro Pistol Grip Charging Station is
designed specifically to charge both the Linea Pro
and the iOS device. However, the iOS device must
be installed properly in the Linea Pro for charging to
occur.
1. Place charging station on a sturdy, clean
and dry surface in an open, well-ventilated
area away from direct sunlight.
2. Plug in the included DC barrel plug to the
DC port on the front of the charger. Next,
connect the AC power adapter to a power
outlet.
3. Insert the Pistol Grip into the charging bay
so that the cradle supports the front of
the Linea Pro sled. When the pistol grip is
seated correctly, the LED on the front of
the charger will turn green to indicate that
power is being supplied to the device.
The Linea Pro Pistol Grip Charging Station uses
the following LEDs to indicate the charge status:
STATUS INDICATOR LEDS
Green Power is being supplied to the charger.
No LED Indicates there is no device in charging bay or
there is no power supply attached the charger.
For device charging status, please refer to the
user documentation provided with your Pistol
Grip for Linea Pro 5 and 6 devices.
The LED does not come on when the Linea Pro
Pistol Grip is inserted into the charging station,
or the Linea Pro iOS device is not charging.
• Ensure that the DC barrel plug is securely
inserted into the DC port on the front
of the charging station and that the AC
power adapter is plugged into a working
power outlet.
• Ensure the unit is seated properly in the
charging bay.
It takes an excessive amount of time to fully
charge the battery.
• Verify ambient temperature meets the
operating temperature requirements.

into the Product or damage caused by dropping
the Product. If a material or workmanship defect
arises with regard to any product, and a valid
claim is received within the Warranty Period,
Infinite Peripherals (at its sole discretion) will
(1) repair the Product using new or refurbished
parts or (2) replace the Product with a new or
refurbished Product. For purposes of this limited
warranty, “refurbished” means a product or
part that has been substantially returned to its
original specifications. In the event of a defect,
these are your exclusive remedies.

WARNINGS & CAUTIONS
Please observe the following precautions:
• Keep the charger away from liquids. Do
not immerse the charger in water.
• When not in use, store the charger in a
cool dry place.
• Do not store or operate the charger near a
heat source.
• The charger is information technology
equipment and for oce use only, and
should only be used for its intended
purpose.
• Do not use any power adapter other than
the one provided with this charger. The
use of any other adapter may damage the
charger and will void the warranty.
• Device should only be repaired by IPC or
an authorized service facility.
