1. Place the charging station on a sturdy,
clean and dry surface in an open, well-
ventilated area away from direct sunlight.
2. Plug in the included DC barrel plug to the
DC port on the front of the charger. Then
connect the AC power adapter to a power
outlet.
3. Insert the Pistol Grip into the charging bay
so that the cradle supports the front of the
Linea Pro sled, as shown in figures above.
When the pistol grip is seated correctly,
the LED on the front of the charger turns
green indicating power is being supplied
to the device.
The Linea Pro Pistol Grip Charging Station (1-
Unit) uses the following LEDs to indicate the
charge status:
STATUS INDICATOR LEDS
Green Power is being supplied to the
charger.
No LED Indicates there is no device in
charging bay or there is no power
supply attached to the charger.
For device charging status, please refer to the
user documentation provided with your Linea
Pro Pistol Grip for Linea Pro 5 and Linea Pro 6
devices.
The LED does not come on when the Linea
Pro Pistol Grip is inserted into the charging
station, or the Linea Pro iOS device is not
charging.
Ensure the DC barrel plug is securely
inserted into the DC port on the front of
the charging station and the AC power
adapter is plugged into a working power
outlet.
Ensure the unit is seated properly in the
charging bay.
It takes an excessive amount of time to fully
charge the battery.
Verify ambient temperature meets the
operating temperature requirements.
Operating: 0°C to +30°C (+32°F to
+86°F)
Note: The Linea Pro Pistol Grip Charging Station
is designed specifically to charge the Linea Pro
5 and 6 and iOS device. However, the iOS device
must be properly installed in the Linea Pro for
charging to occur.
There are no accessories currently available
for the Linea Pro Pistol Grip Charging Station

Linea Pro Pistol Grip Charging Station (1-
Unit) (“Product”) as a result of liquid or
solid particle intrusion into the Product or
damage caused by dropping the Product. If
a material or workmanship defect arises with
regard to any Infinite Peripherals product,
and a valid claim is received within the
Warranty Period, Infinite Peripherals (at its
sole discretion) will (1) repair the Product
using new or refurbished parts or (2) replace
the Product with a new or refurbished
Product. For purposes of this limited warranty,
“refurbished” means a product or part that
has been substantially returned to its original
specifications. In the event of a defect, these
are your exclusive remedies.

WARNINGS & CAUTIONS
Please observe the following precautions:
Keep the charger away from liquids. Do
not immerse the charger in water.
When not in use, store the charger in a
cool dry place.
Do not store or operate the charger near
a heat source.
The charger is information technology
equipment and for oce use only, and
should only be used for its intended
purpose.
Do not use any power adapter other than
the one provided with this charger. The
use of any other adapter may damage
the charger and will void the warranty.
Device should only be repaired by Infinite
Peripherals or an authorized service
facility.

To Request a RMA:
1. Create a user account in the RMA
Support Portal at https://ipcmobile.com/
support/rma/
2. Login to your user account and click
Create RMA Request.
3. Read the instructions provided and
complete the online request form.
4. Note the assigned RMA number and
write it clearly on your shipping carton.
5. Ship your equipment back to us at the
address provided.
