Read these instructions carefully and retain them for future use.
If this product is passed to a third party, then these instructions
must be included.
When using the product, basic safety precautions should always be
followed to reduce the risk of injury including the following:

means, immediately after lifting.

Risk of death! Lift only on areas of the vehicle as
specified by the vehicle manufacturer.
CAUTION
Risk of injury! Wear appropriate personal protective
equipment (PPE) as required by applicable to local regulations.
The owner and/or operator shall have an understanding of the
product, its operating characteristics, and safety operating
instructions before operating the product. Safety information shall
be understood. If the operator is not fluent in English, the product
and safety instructions shall be discussed with the operator in the
operator’s native language by the purchaser, owner, or owner’s
designee, making sure that the operator comprehends their contents.
Study, understand, and follow all instructions before operating this
product.
Visual inspection shall be made before each use of the product by
checking for abnormal conditions, such as cracked welds, leaks, and
damaged, loose, or missing parts.
Other inspections shall be made per product operating instructions.
The product shall be inspected immediately if the product is believed to
have been subject to an abnormal load or shock. This inspection should
be made by a manufacturer’s or supplier’s authorized repair facility.
Owners and operators should be aware that repair of this equipment
may require specialized knowledge and facilities.
Any product that appears to be damaged in any way, is found to
be worn, or operates abnormally SHALL BE REMOVED FROM
SERVICE UNTIL REPAIRED. Necessary repairs should be made by
manufacturer’s or supplier’s authorized repair facility.

The product shall be maintained by a qualified person.
Do not exceed rated capacity.
Use only on a hard, level surface.
Ensure load is secured to the product.
No alterations shall be made to this product.
Only attachments and/or adapters supplied by or approved by the
manufacturer shall be used.
Release load-locking devices (if employed) slowly and carefully.
Center load on saddle (lift pad) prior to lifting.
Do not move or dolly the vehicle while it is on the jack.
Before using the product with the vehicle, always engage the vehicle
parking brakes and block the wheels.

Intended Use
This product is designed to lift (not support), rated capacity loads
consisting of one end of a vehicle. Immediately after lifting, the load
must be supported by a pair of appropriately rated jack stands. Wood
blocks, bricks, or concrete blocks are not acceptable substitutes for
jack stands.
This product is intended for private use only. It is not intended for
commercial use in garages or repair shops.
This product is intended to be used in dry indoor and outdoor areas.
No liability will be accepted for damages resulting from improper use
or non-compliance with these instructions.

Do not:
Use on three wheel cars, trailers, mobile homes (caravans), RVs and
campers.
Use on curved or tubular vehicles.
Use in extreme climates, freezer application or in strong magnetic
fields.
Use in potentially explosive atmospheres or in mines.
Use for lifiting of persons.
Handle loads which could lead to dangerous situations (e.g molten
metal, acids, radiating materials, especially brittle loads).

Before First Use
Check the product for transport damages.
Remove all the packing materials.
Perform air purging procedure as described in the “Purging Air from
Hydraulic System” section.
DANGER
Risk of suffocation! Keep any packaging materials
away from children – these materials are a potential source of danger,
e.g. suffocation.

Purging Air from Hydraulic System
NOTICE
Air bubbles may become trapped occasionally inside
the hydraulic system, reducing its efficiency. Purge the air following the
directions below.
NOTICE
Oil can leak from the release valve (I) whilst purging air.
Have a rag ready in case of any leakages.
Without any weight on the jack, open the release valve (I) by making
one full turn in a counter-clockwise direction.
Remove the cover plate (C) to expose the oil plug (D).
Pump the handle rapidly with 8 full strokes to push the air through the
system.
Use a flat screwdriver and slightly push the oil plug (D) to the side to
purge trapped air.
Securely close the release valve (I) in a clockwise direction.
Refit the cover plate (C).
Check for proper pump and lift action. Repeat the above steps until
the air is fully purged.

Inspection
Visual inspection shall be made before each use of the product by
checking for abnormal conditions, such as cracked welds, leaks, and
damaged, loose, or missing parts.
The product shall be inspected immediately if the product is believed
to have been subject to an abnormal load or shock. This inspection
should be made by a manufacturer’s or supplier’s authorized repair
facility.
Inspect the work area as well. Keep work area clean and well lit.
Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents.
Operation
Lifting up the vehicle
DANGER
Risk of death! Never work
on, around, or under a load supported only
by the product. Use a pair of adequately
rated jack stands.
Engage the vehicle brake and block the wheels for better lift stability.
Place the product at a 90º angle to the vehicle under the vehicle’s lift
point. Position the product so the saddle (lift pad) (G) is centered and
will contact the lift point firmly.
Consult the vehicle’s owner manual if you are in doubt about the
location of the lift points.
Ensure the product is at a 90º angle to the vehicle and under the
specified points for lifting.
Close the release valve (I) by rotating it in a clockwise direction.
Pump the handle until the saddle (lift pad) (G) is in close proximity to
the lift point.
Continue pumping until the vehicle is lifted to the desired height.
Remove the actuating handle (A and H) from the handle
receptacle (B).
After lifting, support the load with appropriately rated jack stands
(notprovided).

NOTICE
Operator must keep eyes on the product and load at all
times during operation.
NOTICE
If several jacks are used together, raise the vehicle on both
sides with the same speed. Keep the same height on both sides.
NOTICE
Always ensure that the load is stabilized or supported in
such a way that it will not shift during lifting or lowering procedure.
NOTICE
Never wire, clamp or otherwise disable the release valve (I)
function. Use the handle (A) to ensure proper release valve (I) operation.
Lowering the vehicle
DANGER
Risk of death! Ensure there are no objects or persons
under the vehicle before lowering the vehicle.
Pump the handle to raise the vehicle from the jack stand(s).
Remove the jack stand(s).
Use the handle (A) to slowly turn the release valve (I) in a
counter-clockwise direction to lower the vehicle onto the ground.
WARNING
Risk of death or injury! Use extreme caution when
lowering the jack. Opening the release valve (I) too fast can cause the
jack to lower rapidly.
WARNING
Risk of death or injury! If the product should
malfunction at any time, secure the load with jack stands and refer to the
Troubleshooting section.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Cleaning
To clean the product, wipe with a soft, slightly moist cloth.
Never use corrosive detergents, wire brushes, abrasive scourers,
metal or sharp utensils to clean the product.
Adding oil
Place the product in an upright position.
Turn the release valve (I) in a counter-clockwise direction to allow the
saddle (G) to fully retract. Use force if necessary.
Remove the cover plate (C) and then the oil plug (D).
Fill the Hydraulic Jack Oil up to the lower rim of the fill hole. Keep dirt
and other material clear when pouring. Do not overfill.
Refit the oil plug (D) and then the cover plate (C).
Changing/draining oil
CAUTION
Take special care when handling hydraulic oil. Eye &
skin irritant. If contact with eyes occurs, flush thoroughly with water for
15minutes while lifting eyelids and get prompt medical attention.
NOTICE
For best performance replace the hydraulic oil at least once
per year.
Place the product in an upright position.
Turn the release valve (I) in a counter-clockwise direction to allow the
saddle (G) to fully retract. Use force if necessary.
Remove the cover plate (C) and then the oil plug (D).
Turn the product upside down and drain the fluid into a certified oil
container.
Refit the oil plug (D) and then the cover plate (C).
Lubricating
NOTICE
Risk of malfunction! Never lubricate or grease the rods of
the pump and lifting cylinder.
For light duty use, regularly lubricate for all external moving parts
once a month.
For heavy duty and frequent use, lubricate once a week.
Use only SAE10 grade, special-purpose hydraulic oil (not provided).
Dispose of all used and spilled oil.

Other maintenance
Regularly check and maintain the oil level.
Check the ram every 3 months for any rust or corrosion. Clean as
needed and wipe with an oil cloth.
Keep the rating label clean and readable at all time. Stop using the
product if label is not readable or if it is detached.
Necessary repairs or modification should be made by manufacturer’s
or supplier’s authorized repair facility.
Oil disposal
Dispose of hydraulic oil, residue and the empty container in
accordance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations. It
is illegal to dump waste oil into landfill or waterways. Disposing of
used hydraulic oil the incorrect manner has the potential to pollute the
environment.
Storage
Always store the product in the fully lowered position.
If the product is stored outdoors, lubricate all parts before and after
use to ensure the product stays in good working condition.
For long term storage drain the hydraulic oil.
