When using the product, basic safety precautions

• This product is shipped fully assembled. Before

use verify that all the components and (hardware)

are secure.

• Do not use this product if any parts are missing,

damaged, or worn.

• Do not let children play with the product.

• Regularly examine the product for wear and tear.

Stop using the product at ﬁrst sign of damage or

if parts become detached.

Before First Use

• Check the product for transport damages.

• Remove all the packing materials.

Intended Use

• This product is intended for punching holes on

belts and straps. It can accommodate straps up

to 1.22" (31 mm) wide.

• This product is intended for household use only.

It is not intended for commercial use.

• This product is intended to be used in dry indoor

areas only.

• No liability will be accepted for damages resulting

from improper use or non-compliance with these

instructions.

Operation

• Remove the handle lock (I) at the base of the

hole puncher (A).

• Rotate the front wheel counter-clockwise to the

desired gauge at the hole punching tip. Thesizes

of the punching tips can be seen on the gauge

window (H) at the side of the product. The tip

clicks into place. To add new holes that are the

same size as the original ones, ﬁnd the hole

punching tip that matches the original holes.

CAUTION

Risk of injury! Do not place body

parts near the hole punching tip or the moving joints

to avoid pinching.

• Use the ruler (E) to measure the desired distance

between each hole. Align the hole punching tip

to the material that needs to be punched. Press

the handles together to punch a hole.

• Use the ﬁle (F) to remove any remaining materials

and to smooth out the sides of the hole.

• After use, turn the front wheel so it does not

touch the punching plate (D). Then place the

handle lock (I) back on the product.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Changing the punching plate

• Unscrew the old punching plate (D) using the

screwdriver (C). Then remove it from the main

body.

• Place on a new punching plate (D) and screw the

new plate into place.

Cleaning

• To clean the product, wipe with a soft, slightly

moist cloth.

• Never use corrosive detergents, wire brushes,

abrasive scourers, metal or sharp utensils to

clean the product.

Maintenance

• Check the components regularly to make sure all

screws and bolts are tightened.

• Use only lubricants recommended by the

manufacturer.

• Store in a cool and dry place away from children

and pets, ideally in original packaging.

• Avoid any vibrations and shocks.
