How to disassemble your Asari
Step 2 Step 3
. Using T- torx bit, unscrew the arm pad retainer bolt and take out
the arm pad.
. Detach the arms from the chair.
. Use power drive to remove six (three screws on each side) M Screws.

. Remove T- screw using a power driver.
Step 4
. For armless chair, remove # square drive screw using a power drive to
detach the arm plug.
Step 6 Step 7
. Remove the mm bolts from the J-bar using power drive.. Detach the J-bar cover.

. Remove # square drive screw using a power driver to detach the
seat cover.
. Detach the seat cover.
Step 8
. Detach the back from the chair.
Step 11
. Remove three T- screws to remove the height adjustable mechanism.

Step 14
. Use a flat screw driver and push out the cable from the
mechanism to detach it from the tilt assembly.
. Remove two mm button head screws from the bracket to
remove the seat.
Note: For Armless chair, remove six mm button head screws.
Step 12
. Detach the height adjustable mechanism from the chair.
Step 15
. Detach the seat from the chair assembly.

. Use a hammer and li o tool to detach the tilt from the
base assembly.
. Use a rubber mallet and the nylon cap strike gently to remove the
cylinder from the base.
Step 16
. Remove four mm hex bolts to detach the tilt assembly.
. Detach tilt adapter from base assembly.
Step 19
. Pull o the caster from the base.
