- Read entire setup instruction manual prior to

unpacking parts and pieces.

- The setup instructions are created specifically

for this configuration.

- Setup instructions are laid out sequentially in

steps, including exploded views with detailed

explanation for assembly.

WARNING

Cleaning & Packing

- For Cleaning Metal, Plex, & Laminate Parts:

Use a MILD NON-ABRASIVE cleanser and

soft cloth/paper towel to clean all surfaces.

- Keep exhibit components away from heat

and prolonged sun exposure.

Heat and UV exposure will warp and

fade components.

- Retain all provided Packing Materials.

All provided packing materials are for

ease of repacking & component protection.

Disassembly

- For loss prevention, tighten all set screws

and locks during disassembly.

Steps:

1) Attach base plates to extrusions [2] [3] and [4] using bolts.

2) Attach extrusions [5] [5A] and [7] between extrusions [2] and [3].

3) Attach extrusions [6] and [6A] between extrusions [3] and [4].

4) Connect graphics to Velcro on back of assembled backwall.

Steps:

1) Connect ceiling pieces together.

See Ceiling Connection

detail.

2) Connect assembled header pieces together.

3) Attach assembled header to assembled

ceiling, using hex bolts.

See Header Attachment detail.

4) Attach assembled ceiling & header to

top of assembled backwall, using bolts.

5) Attach wings, using A10 clamps.

See Wing Clamp detail.

6) Attach sign to vertical [4A], using

standoff barrels and caps.

7) Connect graphic to Velcro on back

of assembled header.

assembled when

using Bolt at each end.

on ceiling pieces, then secure

with wing nuts.

1) Slide connector of clamp

into extrusion groove.

2) Tighten set screw when

A10 is in desired location.

3) Insert wing into clamp.

4) Tighten knob on clamp

to secure wing in place.

Attach angled end of connector to

literature holder. Attach flat end of

connector to vertical extrusion.

Tighten locks to secure.

Steps:

1) Attach monitor mount to horizontal [7]. See Monitor Mount Attachment detail.

2) Attach sign to vertical [4], using standoffs and screw caps. See Sign Attachment detail.

3) Attach literature holder to vertical [4]. See Literature Holder Attachment detail.

Set Screw

Slide connector into groove of extrusion. Tighten

set screw to secure in place. Screw standoff into

connector. Place graphic on standoff then secure

to standoff, using screw cap.

Attach mount plate, using bolts, to Z140

extrusion then secure with wing nuts.

Attach monitor mount to mount plate.
