- Read entire setup instruction manual prior to

unpacking parts and pieces.

- The setup instructions are created specifically

for this configuration.

- Setup instructions are laid out sequentially in

steps, including exploded views with detailed

explanation for assembly.

WARNING

Cleaning & Packing

- For Cleaning Metal, Plex, & Laminate Parts:

Use a MILD NON-ABRASIVE cleanser and

soft cloth/paper towel to clean all surfaces.

- Keep exhibit components away from heat

and prolonged sun exposure.

Heat and UV exposure will warp and

fade components.

- Retain all provided Packing Materials.

All provided packing materials are for

ease of repacking & component protection.

Disassembly

- For loss prevention, tighten all setscrews

and locks during disassembly

General Information

Order #XXXXX

1) Locate channels along the edges of extrusions

2) Insert graphic corners first into channels then center

point of graphic into channels. Allows for proportional

fit around the perimeter of the extrusion.

3) Working from center to corner, slide silicon edge

on graphic into channel.

4) After all edges of graphic have been inserted into

channels, step back and assess graphic fit, make

adjustments where needed.

Steps:

1) Attach base plates to verticals [2] [3] and [4], using bolts.

2) Attach extrusions [2 to 2A] [3 to 3A] and [4 to 4A], using

connectors. See Extrusion Connector detail.

details for steps 3 and 4:

3) Assemble left frame extrusions [5] [5A] [7] [7A] [8] [8A].

4) Assemble right frame extrusions [6] [6A] [7] [7A] [8] [8A].

5) Attach left and right assembled frames between assembled

verticals [2/2A] [3/3A] and [4/4A]. Tighten set screws to secure.

6) Install SEG graphics to front of assembled frames. See

SEG Graphic Installation sheet for instruction. Completed Assembly

Steps:

1) Attach monitor mounts to verticals [2A and [4A]. See Monitor Mount detail.

2) Attach wings to clamps on each side of assembled backwall.

See A10 Clamp detail.

3) Connect lights to top of assembled backwall. See Light Connection detail.

3) Insert wing into clamp.

4) Tighten knob on clamp

to secure wing in place.

Steps:

1) Assemble horizontal extrusions between vertical extrusions, inserting infills.

2) Connect doors to verticals [10] and [10A]. See Door Connection detail.

3) Attach assembled workstations to backwall verticals [2] and [4], using

standoff barrels & screw caps. See Workstation Attachment detail.

4) Connect shelf supports to Velcro on inside of assembled workstation.

5) Place shelf onto shelf supports.

6) Place workstation top onto verticals [11A] and [12A]. See Workstation Top Lock detail.

Tighten set screws to secure in place. Screw

standoff into connector. Attach workstation to

standoff using screw cap.

1) Attach base plate to straight end of post, using bolt.

2) Attach plate to curved end of post, using bolt.

NOTE: Plate must rotate to left and right before installing clamshell.

3) Attach clamshell to plate, using hex nuts. See Clamshell Attachment detail.

4) Insert iPad in clamshell, then feed cords through holes. See

Cord Management for iPad detail.

Optional Cover for Home Button

1) Remove foam lining from inside bottom of

clamshell.

2) Attach Home Button Shield with double-sided

tape to inside of clamshell, keeping top of

shield flush with clamshell opening.

NOTE: This is a permanent fix and can’t be

easily removed.
