Use

The unit is intended for storing welding electrodes in the temperature range 50-180

C. The unit is

to be used only in accordance with these instructions. It must not be used for any other purpose

because of possible injuries or material damage.

Before use

Check the unit for transport damage; do not connect a faulty unit to the mains. Check that the

voltage and frequency marked on the rating plate match the values of the mains to which the unit is

to be connected.

Location

To avoid overheating, the clearance to any material must be no less than 0,5 m on any side and no

less than 1 m above the unit. Make sure that there are no obstacles and no flammable material closer

to the unit. The unit must never be covered. Place the unit on a flat surface. The unit may not be

used in environments where there is danger of explosion (EX).

Using the unit

Do not load the cabinet with packaged electrodes, they must be taken out of their package first.

Connect the unit to the mains by plugging it into the wall socket. Select the desired temperature

using the thermostat. The red pilot light is lit whenever the unit is connected to the mains. The green

pilot light lights when the thermostat switches the resistor on. Select the storage temperature

according to the instructions of the manufacturer of the electrodes. Open the vent on the ventilation

opening whenever the cabinet is in use, as not to stifle ventilation. Do not open the door unless

necessary, as it lowers the temperature in the cabinet.

Remove the plug from the socket when the cabinet is not in use.
