PREPARING FOR INSTALLATION (Fig. 1)

1. Shut off power at the fuse box or circuit breaker box and

remove the old fixture including the mounting hardware.

2. Carefully unpack your new fixture and lay out all the parts

in a clear area. Take care not to misplace any small parts

necessary for installation.

Assembled fixture (fig. 2)

3. Install glass panels (C) into the fixture holder (A) and

secure with panel tabs top and bottom.

4. Install (1) one medium base bulb up to 100 watts or CFL or

LED equivalent (not included) in accordance with the

fixture specification. —DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM

WATTAGE RATING! (NE PAS DEPASSER LA

PUISSANCE NOMINALE MAXIMALE!)

5. Place the fixture body (A) on the base (F) and secure with

the decorative nuts (D) and screws (E)

CONNECTION THE WIRES (Fig. 3)

6. While supporting the fixture (J), connect the electrical wires

as shown in figure 3. If your post has a ground wire (green

or bare copper), connect the fixture ground wire to it. If not,

consult your electrician for proper grounding. After the

wires are connected, tuck them carefully inside the post

cup (I).

7. Place the fixture (J) onto post cup (I) and secure with

mounting screws (F).

Your installation is now complete. Return power to the outlet box

and test the fixture.

IMPORTANT: FIXTURE SHOULD BE INSTALLED BY A QUALIFIED

ELECTRICIAN TO ENSURE PROPER WIRING AND INSTALLATION.
