Global Function Buttons
A.Home Button
Press to view the list of available Services.
Press and hold to return to the currently playing AV
Service.
B.Power Button
See Powering O Services
C.Side Buttons
Press to select the Screen Item next to the button.
D.Bottom Buttons
Press to perform the Screen Action above the button.
Remote Status Icons
A.Current Location
Display’s the name of the room currently controlled by
the remote.
B.Wi-Fi Signal
Display’s the current level of the Wi-Fi signal.
C.Battery Level Indicator
Display’s the charge level for the battery.
More green indicates more charge and a charge
symbol will appear when docked.
Selecting Services
1. Press Home to display the list of available services.
2. Press the Center or Right bottom button until the
desired Service appears on the screen.
3. Press the Left or Right side button next to the desired
service.
Powering O Services
1. Press the Power button to power off the currently
selected service.
Options to power o other rooms, services, or
components are also available.
See Power Options Menu for details.

Savant TrueCommand
Note: This feature requires programming by the dealer and may not be
available on all Savant systems.
1. Press the TrueCommand button under the navigation
pad.
2. Use the Navigation pad Left and Right buttons to
navigate the TrueCommand OSD.
3. Press OK to select the desired action.
4. Press Exit to close the TrueCommand OSD.
Video Settings
The Video Settings menu allows the user to change the following settings
related to Video.
Note: The Video Settings menu only appears if the selected zone has access
to a video source.
1. Press the Left bottom button until the Main (Root)
screen appears.
2. Press the Center or Right bottom button until
Settings appears on the screen.
3. Press the Left or Right side button next to Settings in
the list of options.

Picture Adjustments
Within the Video Settings menu there are sub menus
to set the following picture settings. They control
different settings but these menus have the same
layout.
Contrast
Brightness
Hue
Saturation

Noise
A. Current Value for the selected setting.
B. Use the center Left or Right side buttons to adjust the
value in item A Up (+) or Down (-).
C.Use the lower Left or Right side buttons to set the
value in item A to default (0).
A. Aspect Ratio
B. Use the Center or Right bottom button to scroll
through the list of available Aspect Ratios.
C.Use the center Left or Right side button next to the
desired aspect ratio.
Note: Aspect ratios in the list may not be available on
the currently selected display.
Stereo Settings
The Stereo Settings menu allows the user to change the following settings
related to Audio.
Note: The Stereo Settings menu only appears if the selected zone has
access to an audio source.
Accessing the Audio Settings Menu
1. Press the Left bottom button until the Main (Root)
screen appears.
2. Press the Center or Right bottom button until
Settings appears on the screen.
3. Press the Left or Right side button next to Settings in
the list of options.
4. Press the Center or Right bottom button until Stereo
Settings appears on the screen.
5. Press the Left or Right side button next to Stereo
Settings in the list of options.
Adjusting Stereo Settings
A. Use the Center or Right bottom button to scroll
through the list of available settings.
B. Use the Left or Right side buttons to adjust the
setting.
C.Current Value for the selected setting.
D.Use the center Left or Right side buttons to adjust the
value in item C Up (+) or Down (-).
E. Use the lower Left or Right side buttons to set the
value in item C to default (0).

Auxiliary - Access Aux buttons for direct control of Pool and Spa functions.

Modifying Remote Configuration
Switching IP Networks
1. Press the Left bottom button until the Main (Root)
screen appears.
2. Press the Center or Right bottom button until
Settings appears on the screen.
3. Press the Left or Right side button next to Settings in
the list of options.
4. Press the Center or Right bottom button until Wi-Fi
appears on the screen.
5. Press the Left or Right side button next to Wi-Fi in the
list of options.
6. Press the Center or Right bottom button to view the
available Wi-Fi networks. If the network name does
not appear in the list, select Other Network at the
bottom of the list.
7. Press the Left or Right side button next to the desired
Network in the list of options.
Note: If the network is not protected by a password,
connection will take place after selecting the name. In
this case, the next step will not be required.
8. See Entering Network Password for the steps to enter
a network password.
Entering Network Password
1. Press the lower Left or Right side buttons until the
desired character appears above the center pointer.
2. Press the upper Left side button to capitalize the
character if needed.
3. Press the Center bottom button to save the character
and move to the next blank.
4. If a character was saved in error:
Press the Center side buttons to move the cursor after
the character.
Press the upper Right side button to delete the
character.
5. Press the Right bottom button to save the password.

decrease the sleep time.

screen.

Updating Remote Firmware
IMPORTANT! Before performing the update steps, place
the remote in the dock to ensure that the remote will not
shut down during the update process.
1. Press the Left bottom button until the Main (Root)
screen appears.
2. Press the Center or Right bottom button until
Settings appears on the screen.
3. Press the Left or Right side button next to Settings in
the list of options.
4. Press the Center or Right bottom button until
Updates appears on the screen.
5. Press the Left or Right side button next to Updates in
the list of options.
6. If an update is available, the update type will be shown
on the screen. Select Update to download and install.
NOTE! The remote will reboot after the update is installed
and will be inactive for several minutes before the start
screen animation appears.
IMPORTANT! After the update has finished the remote
may be inoperative (blank screen). This is normal and is
remedied by rebooting the remote.
See Rebooting the Remote for details.
7. Several updates may be available. Repeat steps 1 to
6 until the No Updates Were Found At This Time
message appears.
Press the Left bottom button to return to the previous
screen.
Resetting the Remote
1. Press the Left bottom button until the Main (Root)
screen appears.
2. Press the Center or Right bottom button until
Settings appears on the screen.
3. Press the Left or Right side button next to Settings in
the list of options.
4. Press the Center or Right bottom button until Reset
appears on the screen.
5. Press the Left or Right side button next to Reset in
the list of options.
6. Press the Left or Right side button next to the remote
item to reset.
Wi-FI!:! ! ! Resets Wi-FI Configuration
Configuration:! Resets the remotes configuration
Remote:!! ! Resets remote to Factory defaults
Note: Selecting Remote will also reset Wi-Fi and
Configuration.
7. Press the Right bottom button to complete the reset
process.
