FM mode
1. Switch the radio on as explained in ‘Getting started’
2. Short press On/O (1) to change to FM Mode
Normal mode
1. Short press the MFB (7) until only the frequency is displayed like below
2. Short press Tune+ (5) or Tune– (6) to manually scan and choose your desired station,
or long press Tune+ (5) or Tune– (6) to automatically scan all available stations
3. To save a station, long press the MFB (7) for 2 seconds and a preset number will appear
on the LCD (11) depending on how many presets have been saved. For example P02 will
mean preset 2. A maximum of 32 stations can be saved
Instructions for use
Charging the PocketDAB
Give the PocketDAB a full charge before its rst use.
1. Connect the USB charging cable to the Micro USB charging port (10) and plug into power
2. The LCD (11) will show a battery icon whilst charging. The icon will be full once fully charged
Getting started
1. Long press On/O (1) to turn the radio on/o
2. Short press On/O (1) to change between FM and DAB+. The LCD (11) will show what
mode you are currently in
3. Plug in earphones into the 3.5 mm aux-in (3) before use. This will be used as an antenna
Choosing a language
Regardless of mode, when the radio is turned on, hold down the MFB (7) to go through the
languages. Release once on desired language.

Automatic station scan
1. Short press the MFB (7) until both the frequency and preset
number is displayed like right
2. Long press Tune+ (5) or Tune– (6) to scan all available stations
3. Once the scan is complete the current station and preset will be
saved. For example, it might show PS 4 which means that 4 stations were found
4. Short press Tune+ (5) or Tune– (6) to choose between the stations which have
been found
5. To save a station, long press the MFB (7) for 2 seconds and a PS number will
appear on the LCD (11) depending on how many presets have been saved
Selecting a preset station
1. After saving stations, you can see how many there are and select one of them
2. Short press the MFB (7) until the frequency, preset number, and MEM are all
displayed like right
3. Short press Tune+ (5) or Tune– (6) to go through saved stations
Deleting preset stations
1. Short press the MFB (7) until the frequency, present number, and MEM are all
displayed like below
2. Long press the MFB (7) and On/O (1) at the same time to delete the selected station
DAB+ mode
1. Switch the radio on as explained in ‘Getting started’
2. Short press On/O (1) to change to DAB+ mode
3. Scan, save, and listen in the exact same way as for FM radio as explained before
Volume controls
1. Short press Volume+ (8) to increase volume in any mode
2. Short press Volume– (9) to decrease volume in any mode

Care for your PocketDAB
Please DON’T:
Submerge the PocketDAB in water
Drop the PocketDAB as this will invalidate your warranty
Open up the PocketDAB. There are no user serviceable parts inside
Expose the PocketDAB to extreme temperatures or rapid changes of
hot to cold or vice versa
Please DO:
Clean the PocketDAB with a soft dry cloth and no detergents

faulty manufacture or defects in materials only. No warranty whatsoever is given or implied for damage caused by
the user under any circumstances.
This does not aect your statutory rights.
Please do not attempt to open this product. There are no user serviceable parts inside, in particular if your product has
an embedded, non-replaceable battery, do not attempt to access or remove the battery as this may cause personal
injury and will damage the product.
Making any attempt to open the product or carry out repair voids any and all warranties.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by minor inconsistencies in these instructions, which may occur as a result
of product improvement and development.
Troubleshooting
The radio will not
switch on
– Hold down On/O (1) to switch on
The battery may be at. Recharge the battery following the
instructions in the ‘Charging the radio’ section
Poor or non-existent
radio reception
Make sure that a pair of earphones such as the KS Vibes
are properly connected to the radio. The cable acts as
an antenna
– Move the radio to another location
