Circle shape stainless steel bike rack, surface mount
Material
The
bike rack is 32.25 tall and made from 2.38” O.D. Schedule 10, 316L stainless steel pipe support

The bike rack is designed to be surface mounted. Each leg features a 7.75” x 5.5” plate with three .5”
diameter predrilled holes for surface mounting to prevent movement.
Surface mounting is required
; mounting hardware is not included.

Care should be given to avoid rubbing the powder coating o the foot.
A 3/8" rubber washer is a suitable replacement option. Mount the bike rack
to the anchors by fastening a button head cap screw and washer into each
anchor. Leave the hardware nger tight until all of them have been installed.
Verify that the bike rack is level before tightening the anchors. Tighten all of
the hardware with a 7/32" Allen wrench.
Align the mounting holes of the bike rack over top of the anchors.
Use the 3/8" drop-in anchor setting tool and hammer to x the anchor into
the drilled hole by inserting the narrow end of the tool into the anchor and
giving it several hammer blows.
Insert one 3/8" drop-in anchor into the hole and use a hammer to tap the
anchor ush with the concrete.
It is recommended that you start holes in sequential order from the
smaller to the larger drill bits to avoid oversized holes or holes drilled too
deep. Begin with 1/4" diameter drill bit followed by the 1/2" diameter bit.
Place the bike rack in the desired location. Mark the location of the holes with
a pencil. To verify the alignment of the anchor markings you may reference
bottom of page 1.
