SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Important: This appliance is not intended for use by persons including children with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Read all instructions before using this appliance.
This appliance is for domestic use only. This appliance is for indoor use only. Do not use outdoors.
Before using check that the voltage power corresponds to the one shown on the appliance nameplate.
Do not let the cord hang over the edge of the table or counter.
Do not operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly or if it has been
damaged or dropped. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent
or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
Close supervision is necessary when the blender is used by or near children.
Avoid touching moving parts.
The blades are sharp, so should be handled with care.

To reduce the risk of injury, never place cutter-assembly blades on the base without the jug or chopper properly

BEFORE THE FIRST USE
Check that all parts are complete and not damaged. Choose the appropriate attachment to perform your desired task.
The blender attachment is suitable for blending fruits, vegetables or crushing ice. The chopper attachment is suitable
for mincing meats or vegetables. Clean the attachment according to the section “CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE”.
WARNING: The blade is sharp, handle with great care and ensure that the blender is unplugged from socket
before assembling and removing parts.
BLENDER OPERATION
1. Place the jug on the motor unit, let the triangle align with the word “UNLOCK” on jug base
and then turn the jug clockwise until the triangle aligns with the word “LOCK”, a click will be
heard when locked into position properly. Please see Fig.1.
NOTE: There is a safety interlock device at the bottom of jug, if the jug is not
assembled in place, the blender will not operate.
2. Peel or core the fruits or vegetables and then cut into small pieces and put them into the jug.
A little water may need to be added to allow the smooth running of blender. The amount of
mixture should not exceed the max level as indicated on the jug, or sit lower the min level. The
best proportion of fruits or vegetables and water is 2:3.
NOTE: The blender is not suitable for beating egg white, mashing potatoes, mixing
dough or extracting juice from fruit and vegetables.
3. Replace jug cover on the jug.
4. You may add ingredients into the jug through the center opening of jug cover during operation, then replace
measuring cup if necessary. Let the tabs of measuring cup align with the grooves of jug cover, push down and turn the
measuring cup anti-clockwise until it is in place.

5. Ensure the Speed Selector is set to 0” Position, then plug the blender into the power socket and set Speed
Selector to your desired setting. You can set the Speed Selector to the “P” position if want to accelerate the process of
blending. The detailed information is shown in Fig. 2 below.
NOTE: Make sure the jug cover is placed in position correctly before operating, and never open the jug
cover during operation.

6. Do not run the appliance for more than 3 minutes at a time. Wait until the unit has cooled to room temperature
before performing next operation cycle.
7. Turn the Speed Selector to “0” Position once the mixture has been blended to your desired consistency.
8. Turn the jug anti-clockwise and remove it from the motor unit. Carefully remove the jug cover, then pour and serve.
CHOPPER OPERATION
1. Place the motor unit on a flat horizontal surface and make sure it is unplugged.
2. Insert the chopping blade onto the central post of bowl. Please see Fig 3
3. Place the chopping bowl on the motor unit, align the triangle with the word “UNLOCK” on
bowl base. Then turn the bowl clockwise until the triangle aligns with the word “LOCK”, a click
will be heard when locked into position properly. Please see Fig. 4
NOTE: There is a safety interlock device at the bottom of bowl, if the bowl is not
assembled in place, the chopper will not operate.
4. Fill the chopping bowl with the required ingredients, place the cover on the bowl, and then
turn it clockwise until locked into position. Please see Fig.5
NOTE: The quantity of food the chopping bowl allows to chop is Max 100g for fruits or
vegetables and Max 150g for meat.
5. Ensure the Speed Selector is set to the “0” Position, then plug into power socket.
6. Select the desired speed setting, the appliance will start chopping. During chopping, you can
set the Speed Selector to “P” position if want to accelerate the process of chopping.

7. Turn the Speed Selector to 0” Position once the ingredients have been chopped to your desired consistency. Allow
the blade to stop running completely before adding food or removing the chopping
cover.
8. Disconnect from power supply once finished. Open the chopping lid and carefully
pull out the blade with the plastic grip to remove the blade, then empty the bowl and
serve.
WARNING:
1. Never operate the appliance continuously for more than 3 minutes per time.
2. Blades are very sharp. Handle with care.
3. Do not operate without the jug or bowl cover in place.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Make sure to disconnect appliance from power supply before cleaning.
BLENDER
The Auto Clean function can clean the blender easily and rapidly in complete safety.
1. Pour a little warm soapy water into the jug and turn the Speed Selector to “P” position for a few seconds.
2. Remove the jug and rinse under running water.
3. Wipe the outer surface of motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners and never immerse the
blender motor unit in water for cleaning
4. Dry all parts and then replace them.
After cleaning, you can hold the blending blade at the bottom of jug. Carefully take it out by
turning a couple of times clockwise, pushing the blunt side of the blades (see Fig.6). Put the
detachable accessories into the dishwasher for cleaning. The detachable accessories are
dishwasher safe, but the temperature should not exceed 70 degrees C.
If any problem is encountered during use, never disassemble the motor unit yourself. There
are no user serviceable parts inside.
CHOPPER
1. Pull out the chopping blade from the central post of the bowl. Only grasp the plastic part of the chopping blade to
prevent any injuries.
2. Immerse the blade, bowl and bowl cover into warm soapy water for cleaning, and then rinse them under running
water
NOTE: Do not disassemble the chopping bowl from the bowl base.
3. Wipe the outer surface with damp cloth.
4. Dry all parts thoroughly and assemble them in position.
