15mm Crashed Starship - Barricades
B15-SF-501
Please read these instructions fully before starting construction.
PVA or equivalent glue will be required to stick sections together.
Sand paper can be used to gently clean any joints.
A sharp modelling knife will be required to remove sections from the sprue. Please use knives with due care and
remember to cut away from yourself at all times.
During the construction of this model, you may find it convenient to use pegs / elastic bands to hold pieces in
place while you allow glue to dry.
We painted the pieces of our model prior to assembly. See below for details.

Painting
We sprayed the front sections white and supports black both with car undercoat aerosols.
The detailing was then painted red (DIY Emulsion) and any areas of metalwork black (DIY Emulsion) before being dry
brushed with silver.
The tops of the lugs on the supports were also painted white (model paint)
After assembly, the lugs were painted with red stripes to match the detailing on the front panel and to help them blend
into the model.
Rust streaks and corrosion were then added (model paints).
