Unrivaled in the shrub world, these elegant ladies are easy
to cultivate, tolerate almost any soil, and produce flowers in
mid-summer when little else may be in bloom. Hydrangeas
are excellent for a range of garden sites, from group plantings
to shrub borders to containers. Sometimes they are refered to
as French or Bigleaf hydrangeas. NOTE: What we ship is two
year old ROOT STOCK, ranging 12-18 inches in height and is
not a fully grown foliated potted plant.

About This Variety: Hydrangea Pink Beauty is a mophead variety which produces large pink flowers, which
mature to crimson, with a leaf color that can vary from typical green to an unique bronze, to maroon.
Growing Instructions: Dig a hole about a foot deep and a foot wide. Set the plant in the hole, and fill it half full
with soil. Water. After water is drained, fill the rest of the hole with the remaining soil. Then water thoroughly again
and continue doing so regularly. Fertilization may be necessary. Prune after the flowers fade.
Care Tip: Soil pH can affect the colors of some hydrangea. Adding lime will help maintain pink color. Mulching will
help it survive the winter months.

Height: Grows 3-4’ tall
Spacing: Plant- 4-6’ apart, crown at soil level
Hardy in: USDA zones 5-9
