About This Variety: Vanhouttei Spirea - better known as bridal wreath - a hybrid, produces a massive display of

graceful, white ﬂowers. Yet, its green foliage turns an orange-red color with purple hues in the fall.

Growing Instructions: Dig a hole about a foot deep and a foot wide. Set the plant in the hole and ﬁll it half full

with soil. Water. After water is drained, ﬁll the rest of the hole with the remaining soil. Then water thoroughly again

and continue doing so regularly. Fertilization may be necessary.

Care Tip: Prune as needed immediately after ﬂowering.

Exposure: Full sun

Height: Grows 5-8’ tall

Spacing: Plant- 7-10’ apart, crown at soil level

Hardy in: USDA zones 3-8
