Insects such as mosquitoes, flies and various other bugs, ect are attracted by UV Light. This unit operates with a modern
maximum efficiency, the UV lamp attracts and the powerful suction system pulls the flying insects to the electric grid which
could kill them by high voltage electric shock.

1. Before use, make sure that the power cord is plugged into a properly installed wall socket that is easily accessible and the
supply voltage matches the rating label.
2. Turn the side switch to the ON position, you should see the lamp emitting purple light and the fan spinning.
3. To obtain the best results, make sure that the product is placed appropriately, so as to have maximum impact against
insects. We advise you to place the product at a height of 1m-1.5m, as a higher place covers a larger space.
4. The best time to use this product is several hours before your bedtime. To maximize the attractiveness of the appliance,
you need to use it in low ambient light. You should turn off other electrical appliances, because other lights would interfere
with the operation of the product. To avoid the interference with the fan, do not place the product near the air conditioning
vent and keep doors and windows closed.
5. When the appliance is in operation, you may hear a cracking or zapping sound when insects touch the electrified grid.
During use, the lamp might flash. These are normal.
1. After a period of use, the electric grid is filled with insects, and you need to clean them. Firstly, please cut off the power
and remove the plug from the socket. Ensure that the electric grid is fully discharged to remove any residual charge. This
can be done using a screwdriver to short any two grid wires. Please be cautions while doing this and ensure that the
screwdriver is held using the insulated handle. Secondly, take down the plastic net cover, remove the insects with a brush,
then re-assembly the net after cleaning. Do not use water, solvents, volatile oils, oil and alcohol to clean the product.
2. The UV Lamp can be replaced if it is not lit. Contact an authorized service center for the supply of the lamps (Lamp type:
E14 UV 180V-230V, 3-6W), and please replace it as the following instructions:
① Cut off the power and remove the plug from the socket. Ensure that the electric grid is fully discharged to remove any
residual charge. This can be done using a screwdriver to short any two grid wires. Please be cautions while doing this and
ensure that the screwdriver is held using the insulated handle. Take down the plastic net cover.
② Rotate the lamp anti-clockwise and remove it.
③ Rotate the new lamp clockwise and re-install the plastic net cover.
Warnings and notices:
1. Ensure that the voltage and the frequency indicated on the rating label matches the mains voltage before plugging in the
appliance.
2. Do not operate the appliance if it or the power cord show visible signs of damage.
3. Ensure that the power cord cannot be damaged by sharp edges or hot surfaces. If the power supply cord is damaged, it
must be replaced by a qualified electrician.
4. Before replacing the lamp or cleaning the product, ensure that the power supply is switched off and the plug is removed
