BILLET FUEL DOOR Time To Install: Approx. 10 Minutes

1. Extremely Important: Clean the
area where the Fuel Door is to be installed.
If the area where the Fuel Door is to be installed is not
clean, dry, and free of any vinyl dressing, the Fuel
Door will not stick in place. Begin by cleaning the area
thoroughly with a good non-residue cleaner such as
Windex, or just clean thoroughly with soap and water
and dry completely.
2. Open the fuel door slightly and peel the 3M tape
backing (See Photo 2A). Align over the fuel bucket
(See Photo 2B). Make sure that the fuel door is level
and centered correctly, then push firmly against the
body of the vehicle (See Photo 2C).
4. Take the supplied self tapping screws and insert them through the fuel door brackets into the fuel bucket
using a 1/4” nut driver (See Photos 4A & 4B). You are now finished (See Photo 4C).
3. Now press the bottom and top tabs firmly against the fuel bucket (See Photos 3A, 3B & 3C).
