The presence function
WARNING. If the programmable thermostat is part of a home automation system, this function is
not available.
The presence function is active when a volumetric sensor is paired with the device.
If the sensor does not detect any movement in the room for at least 2 hours ( icon on), the pro-
grammable thermostat changes operating mode, taking into account the mode it is in at the time of
activation. If automatic mode is active, the thermal trend consistently follows the temperature set for
T1. If manual mode is active, the temperature set is lowered by 3°C. The changes to programming
are retained until the sensor detects movement in the room again ( icon o).
The window contact function
WARNING. If the programmable thermostat is part of a home automation system, this function is
not available.
The window contact function is active when a window contact is paired with the device.
If the window/door the contact is connected to is left open ( icon on) for more than 2 minutes,
the thermostat switches to OFF mode. The thermostat resumes operation only when the same door/
window is closed for more than 2 minutes ( icon o).
WARNING. The devices MUST be paired to the same relay output as the thermostat.
Note. The screen remains unlocked until it next times out. To permanently unlock the screen, see the
section "Enabling/disabling the screen lock" on page 21.
The first number flashes. Use the
arrows to choose the first digit of the
code, and the arrow to move on to the
next digit (code factory set to 123).
Once all the digits of the code have been
entered, press the button to confirm
the values and the screen is unlocked.
Unlocking the screen
If the screen lock is enabled E, press on
any sensitive area of the screen to access
the window shown in figure F.
