2.Socket ring comes pre-assembled to the socket. Before
placing the shade onto the socket, please unscrew this
socket ring.
1.Insert pole(A) into base(B). From the bottom of the base,
place 3 metal pieces in the order shown on the diagram
onto the pole and screw on screw nut (F) using the allen
wrench. Make sure to fasten tightly so the lamp is sturdy.
When you turn the lamp right-side up, be sure the shade
is facing forward so that it hangs over the base.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one
blade is wider than the other) as a feature to
reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit
in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does
not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still
does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never
use with an extension cord unless plug can be
fully inserted. DO NOT ALTER THE PLUG.

socket ring (E) to secure shade.
