LAMP ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

1.Unpack all parts from cartons carefully.

2.Screw a lamp pole (2) onto the lamp base (1) tightly.

3.Screw a lamp pole(3) onto the lamp pole(2) tightly.

4.Screw a lamp pole(4) onto the lamp pole(3) tightly.

5.Screw a lamp pole(5) onto the lamp pole(4) tightly.

6.Place shade(6) into socket and tighten with socket ring.

7.Install bulb(7) into socket.(BULB INCLUDED.)

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other)

as a feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized

outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug.

If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension

cord unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.

ENSURE ALL CONNECTIONS ARE FULLY TIGHTENED BEFORE USE
