Installing
POWER LINE FILTER/CONDITIONER
P/N 35910 - 600 vac, 3-phase, 16 amp/phase
P/N 35911 - 600 vac, 3-phase, 25 amp/phase
F-15-297
To install Filter/Conditioner, refer to installation instruc-
tions and Figures 1 and 2 on the back of this form.
Power Line Filter/Conditioner is recommended for use
with inverter type power sources where 460 or 575 volt
input power surges and spikes are common. It will also
reduce input current draw by at least 25% as well as
improve power factor and efficency.
The 10" X 8" X 7" Filter/Conditioner is wall mountable.
It should be located no more than 2 feet from the power
source. The Filter/Conditioner is equipped with a 12-
foot long, 4-conductor, #10AWG input power cable for
connecting to your 460 or 575 vac power.
P/N 35910 Filter/Conditioner can be used with any 460
or 575 vac, 3-phase power source having an input cur-
rent draw up to 16 amps/phase such as PCM-750i (460
575 vac) and PCM-1000i (575 vac). P/N 35911 is de-
signed for power sources with higher input current draw
up to 25 amps/phase such as PCM-1000i (460 vac),
SVI 300i, and SVI 450i.

Before installing this accessory, make sure all in-
put power is disconnected and/or lock out proce-
dures are in place.
3. Connect the white, red and black wires to terminals
A2, B2 and C2 respectively in the box and connect
green ground wire to the ground terminal. Make
sure all connections are tight. Tighten the strain relief
to secure the power cable.
To install Filter/Conditioner, proceed as follows:
1. Cut off input power cable to the power source to 2
feet maximum. Strip insulation off the end of each
wire to expose 1/2" to 5/8" of bare wire.
NOTE: If connecting for single phase, use only the black
and white wires.
4. Connect the 12-ft. long input cable of the filter/condi-
tioner box to your 460 or 575 vac power supply. Your
power source is now ready for return to welding or
cutting operation.
2. Open the filter/conditioner box cover. Insert the power
source's input power cable through the strain relief
at the output end of the box.
