SUPPLEMENT to Form 15-014
DIGIPULSE 450i POWER SOURCE for 575-VOLT SERVICE
Part No. 31238
I. General
This supplement covers the Digipulse 450i Power Source spe-
cifically designed for 575 Volt — 60 Hertz service. It is identi-
cal to the standard Digipulse 450i, P/N 31120 unit covered in
Form 15-014 except for the following:
IMPORTANT
As shipped from the factory, all 575-volt units are hooked-
up to operate “only” from a 575 volt input. This unit “does
not” contain a Voltage Changeover Input Terminal Board
assembly.
A. Replacement Parts:
Main Transformer Assy. (MTR) - P/N 31685 replaces P/N
31133.
Control Transformer Assy. (MTR) - P/N 31686 replaces
P/N 31134.
Power P.C. Board Assy. (PB1 and PB2) — P/N 31423 re-
places P/N 674991.
Capacitors (C5 and C6) — P/N 672348 replaces 950516.
II. Form 15-014 is applicable to this unit except as
follows:
A. See Revised Specification Table following.
B. See Revised Table for Recommended Input Conduc-
tors and Line Fuses.
Note that the customer can either use the factory supplied
input power cable (No. 6 AWG, 4/c, type SO, 90° C, 12-ft. lg.),
or provide his own leads per the Input Table.

C. Changes To Troubleshooting Section VI, as follows:
All resistance and low voltage check readings described in
15-014 are applicable to this unit, except those designated
with the symbol H.V. . This symbol indicates “high” voltage
checks which are not applicable, and cannot be safely made
in this unit because it does not contain an input terminal board
— reference the Capacitor Warning in the booklet (15-014).
