MonitorAdapterandthedevicedriver.
•Problem:Youcannotplaybackvideosonyourexternalmonitor(s)butcanplaythembackonyour
notebookcomputermonitor.
Solution:SomenotebookcomputersdonotsupporttheCertiedOutputProtectionProtocol(COPP),
andyouwillnotbeabletoplaybacktheprotectedvideosontheexternalmonitorsconnectedtothe
USB3.0toDVI/VGAMonitorAdapter.TheCorelWinDVD10programalsohaslimitationsonplaying
backvideosintheWindowsXPoperatingsystem.Toplaybackvideosontheexternalmonitor(s),you
canconnecttheexternalmonitor(s)totheVGAconnector(s)onyournotebookcomputer,andextend

Solution:IntheWindowsXPorWindowsVistaoperatingsystem,youcannotdragamaximizedwindow
unlessyoureducethewindowtoasmallersize.
Todragawindowfromonemonitortotheother(s),dothefollowing:
1.Onthewindowthatyouwanttodrag,clicktheRestoreDownbuttonordouble-clickthetitlebarto
makethewindowexitfromitsmaximizedstatus.
2.Dragthetitlebarofthewindowtothemonitorthatyouwantthewindowtobedisplayed.
•Problem:Theimagesontheexternalmonitor(s)utter.
Solution:Tosolvetheproblem,checkthefollowing:

–CheckthatyoudonotselectOptimizeforVideointheWindowsVistaorWindows7operating
system.Ifyouselectit,youmightseedoubleimageinfullscreenmodewhenyouright-clickthescreen
toopenthesettingmenus.
•Problem:Theimagesontheexternalmonitor(s)arenotincorrectcolors.
Solution:Tosolvetheproblem,dothefollowing:
