LEDisoff,themonitorisoff,butthepoweradapterison.Forsecurity,youshouldturnoffpoweradpater

Checkyourvideocardifthedriveriscorrectlyinstalled.Ifthereisnovideosignalfromthevideocard,OINPUTSIGNAL
