PLEASE NOTE:
Your device will have an internal amplier and if it is playing digital les like
MP3s it will also have an integrated DAC (Digital Audio Converter). If you turn
up the volume to 100%, your device will be sending distorted signals to the
Hive 2. To avoid this and to get the best sound quality from the speaker, we
recommend that you do not run your device any higher than 95% volume.
Also note, the Hive 2 uses a dynamic EQ which changes depending on the
volume level set on the Hive 2. We recommend you set the volume on your
device to 95% and then adjust the volume only on the Hive 2. As you set
the volume higher on the Hive 2, the bass level will slowly decrease to
prevent distortion.
