SOFTWARE INSTALLATION
1. Insert the SATA 6Gb/s ExpressCard/34 into an available slot.
2. When the Found New Hardware Wizard screen displays with “PCI
Device” listed, make sure the included driver CD is in the CD-ROM/
DVD drive, then select “Install from a list or specic location
(Advanced)” and click “Next.”
3. Select “Search for the best driver in these locations,” and check the
“Include this location in the search” option. (Uncheck the other boxes.)
4. Enter “E:\” (if your CD-ROM/DVD is E:\), then click “Browse.”
5. Check a location; e.g., “E:\ 6G SATA 2Port_PCIe \i386” for a 32-bit
OS; or “E:\ 6G SATA 2Port_PCIe \amd64” for a 64-bit OS. Click
“Open,” then “OK.”
