The ProCore Processor is a new innovation that
sweeps, processes and disperses aeration cores
in one pass. Core aeration is vital to your turf’s
health, but highly disruptive to your staff and
your operation. In a typical aeration cycle, 75% of
your time and effort is spent managing cores after
they are pulled. The ProCore Processor allows one
operator to do the work of many, reducing the
time and labor needed for large area aeration. The
ProCore Processor will allow you to improve
your turf by aerating more often and
get the turf back in play sooner than
any other method.

The exclusive OnePass hitch allows the
ProCore Processor to be attached directly
to your three-point aerator allowing one
operator and one tractor to aerate and
process cores in a true one-pass operation.

A 70" core processing width makes the ProCore
processor the most productive on the market.
A better solution.
The ProCore Processor is the only machine of
its kind with enough power to satisfy even the
most demanding conditions. The adjustable
sweeper brush picks cores cleanly off the turf
and a 35 hp engine delivers enough power to the
chopper blades to pulverize every core in the
most demanding conditions. The 70" processing
width increases productivity and allows for even
distribution of processed material, providing a
uniform layer of native soil topdressing.
Long-lasting carbide chopper blade tips perform
exceptionally well in a variety of soil types.
The tow hitch option allows for operation
behind a heavy duty work vehicle or tractor.
And offsets so you never run over cores.
The wheel kit provides extra support in soft
or shallow rooted conditions.
The windrow kit allows for one pass
operation with aerators wider than 70".
The slow moving vehicle kit is for safety
when transporting on roadways.
