CLEANING THE GREASE FILTER
Wash the grease filter once a month, or
whenever the grease filter saturation indicator
flashes (Extraction speed indicator

).
1.
Unplug the appliance or switch off the mains
power supply.
2.
Remove the grease filters: push the handles
back (
a
), and then downwards (
b
).
3.
After cleaning the grease filter remount in
reverse order, making sure the entire
extraction surface is covered.
Resetting the grease filter saturation
indicator:
press the extractor OFF button for
three seconds. The grease filter saturation
indicator will stop flashing.
REPLACING BULBS
1.
Unplug the appliance or switch off the mains
power supply.
2.
Unscrew the lighting unit (
c
).
3.
Remove the burn-out bulb.
Use only 20W max halogen bulbs.
4.
Screw the lighting unit back in place.
FITTING OR RENEWING THE CARBON
FILTER
1.
Unplug the appliance or switch off the mains
power supply.
2.
Removing the grease filters.
3.
If the carbon filters are already mounted (two
filters covering the motor protection grille)
and need renewing, turn the central handle
anticlockwise until the filters release.
4.
If the filters are not mounted, fit one on each
side covering both the motor protection
grilles. Turn the central filter handle
clockwise.
5.
Refit the grease filters.
