• Disconnect power before installing, adding or changing any component.
• To avoid a hazard to children, account for all parts and destroy all packing materials.
• It is recommended that fuse protection be added to the positive (+) input.
• Note: The 23199 (shown above) will contain a self latching lever that holds the door in place even when the lock is not engaged. The
23190 and 23193 do not include this lever.
2. Push the round knob through the hole and attach the
latch assembly with the black shim to the door using
the screws provided.

1. Determine the installation location and drill a 1” hole
using a spade bit. Mark the location for the mounting
screws and pre-drill. Insert the round collar into the
hole.
3. Determine the installation location for the latch. Mark
the location and secure the latch via screws.
3. Push the switch to ensure latch is in working order.
