Warrantyclaimsagainstthemanufacturermayonlybemade

bythedistributorandnotbytheuseroftheproduct.

Thewarrantydoesnotcovernormalwearandtear,the

consequencesofimproperhandlingordamage,poor

maintenanceandincorrectassemblyorcommissioning

Thelowactivewheelchairispropelledmanuallyandshould

onlybeusedforassistedtransportofadisabledperson

withmobilitydifculties.Thismanualwheelchairisintended

toprovidemobilitytopersonsages15andup(adolescents

andadults)withamaximumweightcapacityof100kg.The

deviceisindicatedtoprovidemobilitytopersonslimitedto

sittingposition.Thewheelchairshouldonlybeusedonlevel

groundandaccessibleterrain,aswellasindoors.

plasticbuckle.Itpreventstheuserfromslidingdownward

inthewheelchairorfromfallingoutofthewheelchair .The

posturebeltisnotapositioningdevice.

Aloosebeltcanallowtheusertoslipdownand

createariskofstrangulation.

–Theposturebeltshouldbemountedby

aqualiedtechnicianandttedbythe

responsibleprescriber.

–Alwaysmakesurethattheposturebeltis

tightlyttedacrossthelowerpelvis.

–Eachtimetheposturebeltisused,checkifit

tsproperly.Changingtheseatand/orbackrest

angle,thecushionandevenyourclothes
