INSTALATION & ASSEMBLY:
1. Shut off power at the fuse box or circuit breaker box. Remove the old
fixture, including the mounting hardware.
2. Carefully unpack your new fixture and lay out all the parts on a clear
surface. Take care not to lose any small parts necessary for
installation.
3. Thread the Hex Nut onto the Nipple. Thread the Nipple into the
center hole of the Mounting Bracket. Do not tighten the Hex Nut at
this time. (Fig. 1)
4. Attach the Mounting Bracket to the Outlet Box using the Bracket
Mounting Screws. (Fig. 1)
5. Pull the Supply Wires out from the Outlet Box. Strip approximately
¼” of insulation from each Supply and Fixture Wire.

6. Attach the Black Fixture Wire to the Black Supply Wire using a Wire
Nut, then the White Fixture Wire to the White Supply Wire using a
Wire Nut. Attach the Ground Fixture Wire to the Supply Ground
Wire using a Wire Nut. (Fig. 2)
7. Wrap all wire connections with electrical tape for a more secure
connection. Carefully tuck the wires and wire connections into the
Outlet Box.
8. Place the Wall Plate of the Fixture Body flush against the Wall over
the Outlet Box. Make sure that the Nipple feeds though the hole of
the Wall Plate. Adjust the Nipple so that it protrudes about ¼ inch
from the surface of the Wall Plate Remove the Wall Plate from the
wall and tighten the Hex Nut against the Mounting Bracket. Place the
Wall Plate over the Outlet Box and thread the Thumb Lock Nut onto
the Nipple to secure the Wall Plate against the Wall. (Fig. 2)

9. Install up to a 60 watt Light Bulb or Listed SBCFL (Self-Ballasted
Compact Fluorescent Lamp [not provided]) in the socket of the
Fixture Body . Do not exceed a 60 watt incandescent light bulb, or
a 13 watt SBCFL. (Fig. 3)
10. Slide the Glass Shade into the Fixture Body and turn it clockwise
until secure.
11. Using an exterior rubber sealant, caulk around the edges of the
upper two-thirds of the Wall Plate. Leave the bottom third unsealed
to allow drainage of any water that might leak into the enclosure.

TROUBLESHOOTING:
PRODUCT MAINTENANCE:
1. To clean the outside of the fixture, use a dry or slightly dampened clean cloth (use
clean water, never a solvent) to wipe the glass and surface of the fixture.
2. To clean the inside of the fixture, first disconnect power to the fixture by turning off
the circuit breaker or by removing the fuse at the fuse box. Next, use a dry or slightly
dampened clean cloth (use clean water, never a solvent) to wipe the inside glass and
interior surface of the fixture.
3. Do not use any cleaners with chemicals, solvents or harsh abrasives. Use only a dry
soft cloth to dust or wipe carefully.
LIMITED WARRANTY
The manufacturer warrants this lighting fixture to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a
period of three (3) years from date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original consumer
purchaser and only to products used in normal use and service. If this product is found to be defective, the
manufacturer’s only obligation, and your exclusive remedy, is the repair or replacement for the product at
the manufacturer’s discretion, provided that the product ahs not been damaged through misuse, abuse,
accident, modifications, alterations, neglect, or mishandling. This warranty shall not apply to any product
that is found to have been improperly installed, set-up, or used in any way not in accordance with the
instructions supplied with the product. This warranty shall not apply to a failure of the product as a result of
an accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, or faulty installation, or any other failure not relating to
faculty material or workmanship. This warranty shall not apply to the finish on any portion of the product,
such as surface and/or weathering, as this is considered normal wear and tear.
The manufacturer does not warrant and specially disclaims any warranty, whether express or implied
of fitness for a particular purpose, other than the warranty contained herein. The manufacture
specifically disclaims any liability and shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental loss or
damage, including but not limited to any labor/expense cost involved in the replacement or repair of
said product.
