Assembly Procedure
1) Lubricate and install the seals onto the
cap (x3), the piston (x2) and the body (x1).
2) If top airports are used, put the plug
screws out of the cap (#4) and plug the
side airports in the body (#1).
3) Assemble the piston (#2) and the cam
driver (#3) with the washer and the screw.
- RE option: Place the counterbore holes
of the piston on the cam
driver side
- RI option: Place the counterbore holes
of the piston on the screw
side
4) Insert the piston into the body. Orientate
the piston so that the magnets are
placed in front of the body slots.
- RE option:insert the springs (#65)
between the body and the
piston in the counterbore holes
5) Place and screw the cap onto the body.
The dowel holes of the cap and of the
body have to be aligned.
- RI option : insert the springs (#65)
between the cap and the
piston in the counterbore holes
6) Lubricate the slots and the jaws (#6), the
groove of the cam driver and the
levers (#5).
7) Insert together the lever and the jaws
into the body.
8) Insert the pivot pin aligning cam driver
hole. The flat of the pivot pin has put in
front of the rear side of the body. Screw
SS screw into the body for preventing
pivot pin from moving.
9) Assemble the cover (#7) into the body
and fix them with SS screws.
10) Assemble the shielded case.

Accessory Installation & Adjustment Instructions
Installation - Inductive Sensors Holder Kit
1) Assemble the sensors holder (#1) onto the
gripper with its screw (#4)
2) Place the flag (#2) on one of the jaws above
the sensors holder.
3) Place the spacer (#3) on the other jaw.
4) Insert each sensor (#5) into the slot on
the holder and screw its two locking nuts,
without blocking them.
5) Position each sensor for desired stroke
position and so that it detects the flag.
6) Tighten sensor locking nuts.
