- Installation Checklist

Use the checklist below to ensure proper installation of StarTrac Spin

bikes:

 All parts and hardware in the package are accounted for.

 Ensure front and back leg braces are secured to frame.

 Check the seat to make sure it is leveled, tight and does not rotate or tilt. Tighten and adjust as

needed.

 Verify pedals are tightly secured to crank arms.

 Bottom bracket is properly tightened.

 Bottle cage tightly secured.

 Verify flywheel alignment and belt/chain tension. Adjust as needed.

 Ensure that adjustment knobs (seat height, seat fore & aft, and handlebar) are properly secured and do

not interfere with range of motion.

 Test the handlebar and seat post to make sure they move freely and are able to lock at different

positions.

 Adjust the leveling feet to ensure the unit is stable and leveled.

 Overall visual & cosmetic inspection.
