Installation Instructions

Plastic Eave Vent - Exhaust
a) Determine proper location for installation
Vent must be installed in a horizontal level position
in order for damper to close properly.
b) Cut the hole for the 4” connection into the sot.
c) Connect the tailpiece to the existing exhaust duct with clamp and tape.
d) Install the tailpiece into the hole cutout while positioning the vent in the
direction you want it to be.
e) Attach the eave vent to the sot with 4 screws in the holes provide.
Note: None of the installation hardware or ducting comes with this vent.
Those items are available from your local home center or hardware store.
