1. Park the machine on a level surface, shut off the machine, wait for all moving parts to
stop, and remove the key.
WARNING
Mechanical or hydraulic jacks may fail to support machine and cause a serious injury.
• Use jack stands when supporting machine.
• Do not use hydraulic jacks to support the machine.
2. Raise the machine with proper lifting equipment and support with jack stands.

3. Remove the 5 lug nuts.

4. Remove the wheels and move them to the
opposite side of the machine so that the wheel
discs face out and the tread is in the correct
direction.

5. Install the adapter plate with the existing 5
nuts.
6. Torque the bolts in a star pattern to 108 to 135
N·m (80 to 100 ft-lb).
7. Apply thread-locking adhesive to the threads
on the large center bolt.

8. Align the 3 dual-wheel tabs with the 3 slots on
the inner wheel and secure the assembly with
a bolt.
Note: Ensure that the tread on the dual wheel
is pointing in the same direction as the inner
wheel.
9. Torque the bolt to 610 to 623 N·m (450 to 460
ft-lb).
10. Repeat this procedure on the other wheels.
11. Check the tire pressure; fill as needed.

12. Remove the existing step from the platform.
13. Install the platform extension.
14. Install the existing step on the platform extension.

tread stickers in the locations shown.
