Note:
1/4"-20 x 1/2" washer-head mounting screws
for Cylinder Support, Tray, and Handle are
included with the power source.
To assemble the kit to the power source, proceed as
follows (see Fig. 1):
1. Carefully lift the power source off the floor with a
crane or hoist and remove the four orange plastic
skids from the base.
2. Assemble the two swivel casters (952013) to the
base front corners of the power source using eight
(8) 1/4"-20 x 1/2" mounting screws supplied with
the power source.
3. Mount the Tray/Axle assembly (36051) to the rear
bottom of the base using eight (8) mounting screws
supplied with the power source.
4. On each end of the axle, assemble one 3/4"
washer, an 8" wheel (13730912), another 3/4"
washer, and then insert cotter pin into the hole of
axle in that order. Bend cotter pin to secure in
place.
5. Make sure all mounting screws are firmly tight-
ened and then lower the power source to the floor.
6. Assemble the cylinder support (36353BK) to the
top end of the rear panel using four (4) mounting
screws supplied with the power source. Firmly
tighten all screws.
7. Slide at least the second link of each chain
(678944) into the center slot of the cylinder sup-
port.
8. Mount the handle side plates (35355BK) to the
side panel of the power source using the screws
supplied with the power source. Make sure the
screws are firmly tightened.
9. Mount the handle shaft using the 5/16"-18 screws
and flat washers.
When you put the cylinders in place, pull the chain
tightly around each cylinder and slide a chain link
into the outer slot of the cylinder support. Be sure
to pull the link down firmly into each slot to secure
the chain so that there is little slack of the chain
about the cylinder. DO NOT just "loop" a link over
the end of the support.
10.
Never lift a power source with cylinder(s) attached.
